Got the computer frustrations out of my system at long last by getting out my mountain bike for the first time in about 8 years. Suffice to say I now am terribly saddle sore and only managed to fall off once - but here at least is the start of yet another fitness drive!

These lovely summer nights hey - well at least the mist and fog made for an interesting high key composition - maybe?
