Diet friendly pudding

Mrs G made this for our pudding tonight. It's a caramel rice cake, with quark mixed with hot chocolate and a broken up skinny biscuit on top. It was really nice. And diet friendly which is good. As I hope to one day not be as fat as I currently am. But tomorrow night I am going out for beers. So it will not be easy. Do they make diet tennants?
