Cloudscape

We walked 11.6km in 2h20, which felt like quite a long way but the last couple of km, but it was an achievement. Every time I do a little more :-)

It was raining for some of the walk, hence the cloudscape and then rainbow and a dirty Reggie in extras.

I did my physio exercises too, which are all abdominal this week, and then yoga, so a tiring day. No idea why I can’t sleep - I’m shattered - but writing this at 5am. Most unlike me as I usually sleep like a log.
