In the blink of an eye it was gone!

All things considered it has been a favourable day as far as the weather has been concerned.

We were out for lunch today .... an early celebration for sis's birthday which isn't till next week. We went to the Prince and Princess of Wales Hospice in Bellahouston Park. It has the most wonderful cafe staffed mainly by the kindest volunteers.

The telephone wires are a bit of an eyesore but I can't avoid them when the picture is taken through the window.
I'm not used to having a big lunch so the first thing I did when I got home was have slightly longer than forty winks in my favourite reclining chair.
