A cautionary tale

During some reorganisation found this mug in the back of a cupboard. It dates from when A and a group of friends were in a fitness regime, so might have been a Birthday present. Sorry about the split screen but the only way to convey the full message. Silly enough for the challenge and which I
think admirer would have liked. 
Yet another day with heavy showers about and cold with it.
