No Parkrun Weather so awful....

Not happy when I cant run!!
A sunny spot this afternoon where we saw Morris Dancers - do think its strange mend dancing with bells on their shoes.
The RIVER Arun as you can see walk into Arundel  wiuld be lovely when the path dries..
Oh Oh our first silent disco was such fun..... 
Couldn't get N off the dance floor.. unheard of!!! Laughed and sang and danced.. Great evening
