Sacrebleu

"Anne, sister Anne, do you see anyone coming?

When I saw this statue, the line from the children story "Bluebeard" by the French writer Charles Perrault came to mind immediately.

It's an old story about a very curious wife who gets into a lot of trouble and asks her sister Anne to climb on the tower and look at the horizon to see if help is on the way. So she would ask "Anne, sister Anne, do you see anyone coming?"

The story is mostly forgotten, but the line is still used in French when someone is looking outside expectantly.
