Kellie Castle

We headed for Hamilton wood this morning but realised with the amount of water on the road that it would be pretty muddy in the wood, and I just couldn’t be bothered with trying to keep from slipping around on mud.
So we drove on to Kellie Castle and had a walk around the woodland trail, out onto the road behind and walked along to Arncroach and back. It was dry and sunny, although pretty cold.
There are still lots of snowdrops flowering, and the daffodils are starting to appear.
