After an unhurried breakfast, and Mo having a short paddle at the loch's shore, we headed into Luss itself.

Took a boat trip up the loch which went past some of its many islands. Saw highland cattle on the shore of one island, but failed to spot any wallabies at Kirsty Young's place, Inchconnachan (opposite the shore in this photo).

A chilly but beautiful trip. And the guide was very entertaining. Who knew the loch's deeper than the North Sea in places?

After picking up Andy in Glasgow we went for a birthday tea at Baba in Edinburgh. Delicious food and I seem to have done rather well for bottles of whisky (and, indeed, whiskey).
