Physio Visit

Well it was back to the physio last night, i spotted this chap looking particularly nervous ! Back and legs all sorted now. Might venture out into the rain today on the bike. Day OFF !!!!!!!! I need it. Last day of eldest at Primary School today - so i expect that might be my blip for today. Promise not to be lazy and process and post it on the same day (today).
