Corticosteroids injection

Today I had an appointment in Raigmore hospital for my carpal tunnel and I was given the option for the Corticosteroids injection and I have to say not the most pleasant as it was pretty painful. 

On the way home I took a photo of the sunset after leaving Inverness while Raymond was driving and this is how it turned out.
