Long and unpleasant day filled with contractors (4), only 1 of which I had any interest in dealing with.  You know my opinion of the roofer and handymen and they were 2 out of the 4.  Gah.

As my day had disappeared down that unpleasant rabbit hole, escape was finally mine at 5:30 p.m., to Wholefoods as I decided there was no way I was cooking supper, someone else needed to do it.
