What are you doing Rattie!

Whenever I hang the peanuts on the crab apple tree the rat finds away to get to them, climbing up the trunk and along the appropriate branch to the feeder where he gorges on them - the birds just get out of the way and return when he is gone.  But now I have hung the feeder in a different area with more fragile downward facing twigs - hopefully the birds will get there before he works out a way!

Visited the furniture store again and this time was lucky.  I bought a simple comfortable armchair in the sale.  The person who served me had sold us the kitchen table in 2011!  The only snag is I shall have to wait for up to 10 weeks for delivery .....
