We're in Toronto, outside City Hall, when we notice the skating rink/pond is full of disembodied animal heads ("lollipops on sticks," says Jools), officially titled "Circle of Animals - Zodiac Heads", the work of Chinese artist Al Weiwei, who is unable to leave his country as his passport has been confiscated.

"Ah, great Blip here," I say, "Which will it be, the monkey or the rat?"

"Neither," she responds in a voice that is slightly too loud, "I want the coc . . . er, rooster over there."

So, rooster it is . . .
