 faces from my paediatric and adult first aid today. It's always good to get a refresher and remember the ratios of what to do. Despite the practical bits it was a bit dry and I was glad to leave in the sunshine. 

I had a really nice compliment from a parent/ colleague who noticed a huge difference with her childs behaviour when I was off sick. 

Chatted to M and the other M tidied the kitchen up and took bins out. I was really grateful for the help. I cooked tomato pasta.
