Sunshine

A glorious Spring Day here in North Devon.
Celebrating a birthday with a lovely lunch in a village pub - delicious meal and good company.
In the afternoon I went to see if the swans were around - there was one pair on the water, so hopefully they will soon nest and rear a family.  There is a lot of algae on the water but the swans seem to enjoy sifting through it/feeding off it. (extra).
Spoke to my sister and BiL is now home with a walker as one leg is not functioning properly. He'll get lots of physio to encourage it to 'wake up'. So very grateful it was such a minor stroke......
