Here’s Looking At Ewe …er, Kid.

We set off not too optimistically for the golf course this morning after yesterday’s rain, despite the news that it was open - or at least 13 holes of it. 

Our caution proved justified as it was tipping down by the time we arrived and we decided that splashing round two thirds of the course while getting soaked wasn’t an enticing prospect so we headed for home.

Tess was surprised to see me back before she’d had breakfast, especially as ther hadn’t been any rain at home.

By way of exercise, we walked our regular Sunday route, diverting to take some photos of the lambs in one of the fields. It looks to have been a productive lambing season, with lots of the ewes having two or three lambs to look after.

This afternoon was our regular Tuesday routine with Sophie.
