Another new thing

A productive day, out to the dump yet again, a visit to Forest Craft and much planning of garden schtuff. And much later the last couple of episodes of Criminal Record on AppleTV. That Peter Capaldi’s not half good.
And then a sad email - Prof Richie Abbott, the most legendary of our Botany lecturers had died. A man never seen without denim jacket and Doc Martens. Back in 2020 we’d organised a reunion and he was going to join us. Flights were organised from the US, from NZ, and then Covid struck. It’s not going to happen noo.
