Looking for the Lights

Eric spotted a bank of bright lights across the river from the west approach to the St. John's Bridge. He drives that way when he comes home from rehearsals in Beaverton, but the lights are new and are not always on or always visible, so we've been on a quest to find out just where they are and what they are.
Today we waited until dark to drive down that stretch, and sure enough, there were the lights. We couldn't (or, wisely, didn't) stop to get a good look. Then we drove back to this side of the bridge and looked, but couldn't find them. To be continued.
