Makaton

One of the trainees at work uses Makaton as an aid to communication, so we had asked for extra training to learn some useful signs. Here we are at our monthly staff meeting, getting stuck in.

The weather was nice and sunny today so I took Jess up into the forest this morning, and then after lunch had a swim and sauna before going into work. I hadn't been to the pool for over a week and it felt so good!
