Living Desert Zoo and Gardens

We met another friend visiting from Oregon today and headed to the Living Desert Zoo and Gardens. https://www.livingdesert.org
I was really impressed with the way that the gardens were carefully interspersed amongst the animal exhibits. The entire place was well cared for, with volunteer docents at most of the animal exhibits…and the animals, generally speaking, seemed to have plenty of room and care.

The main is one of the gardens. The extras are yours truly feeding a giraffe…amazing experience! And the three of us charming ladies :-)
