Soon to be demolished

I took a photo of this.  Its an old petrol station and a large listed house.  Both are derelict.   Planning permission has finally been granted recently to turn it into an over 55's apartment complex incorporating the listed house which is being renovated.  Most of us locally are very pleased as it's such a eyesore on the entrance of our estate.
