World Book Day

Like many others, students and staff at Sophie’s school celebrated World Book Day by dressing up as characters from literature. Here’s Sophie dressed as the heroine from her favourite horse-themed book, Jessie and The Star Rider. They seemed to have a very exciting day.

We’re having an extra sleepover tonight as Kate is at an awards ceremony in London as one of a team representing their school trust, which has been nominated for the quality of their inclusion system. 

This morning we managed to play a whole round of golf, only getting wet from the feet up thanks to the boggy ground.
