Pesto and Spinach Spaghetti

This dinner hit the mark tonight and it was a new recipe for us. Spaghetti, spinach, pesto, cherry tomatoes and garlic. We added capers and orange zest. Delicious and one to repeat! I actually wanted to add anchovies but realised too late that we didn’t have any. Capers worked fine. Team work - I decided what we’d have and got the ingredients together and did the prep. Bb did the cooking.

Both had busy days. Bb was on the go at 7.30am and didn’t stop till 7.30pm. I had a later start and and finish at the same time, but also had half an hour off at lunchtime, when I popped out for cherry tomatoes and spinach.
