That was pretty hard for Don: small, very irregularly cut wooden pieces, but he did it so felt happy for him.

Another day of soup cooking for the needy . Afterwards I enjoyed a good work out at the gym. Although, when I look at my weigh scale , I need to do way more exercise to have some visible success. Will post a little joke in the extras.
