Chopping spree is over

Dad has finished chopping the firewood. He actually already finished eight days ago, while I was at my friend's wedding. At the end he did it by himself for a large part. Here he is testing the dryness of the wood. I don't think the pic quite shows the length of the pile.

Our online connection should have been updated to double speed, but at the moment it is about six times slower than before. Since the upload speed is the same I can upload my pics as fast as before but viewing other people's blips is six times slower... I was happy with the old connection speed but I don't really miss the dial speed days. Hopefully this is just a temporary thing.

The day has been warm.
