Looking Up

Broken as our system may sometimes feel, today I was very fortunate to have access to the sort of healthcare that is not afforded to so many women around the world.   Feeling relieved after a reassuring appointment.

It was good to be able to see the faces of the people who looked after me two years ago. It was the first time we have met without masks.

And on International Women’s Day there was the news that my niece’s friend has become the first female full time mechanic for the RNLI in Scotland. Well done Phoebe.
