Sketching kinda day!

We had freezing rain over night so it's kinda nasty out there...couldn't face putting on the woodstove....so puttered around, listened to the recording of my session with Cheryl.....such a great idea, so useful to be able to listen to how i responded to her questions etc., and make notes.

Then i spent some time 'sketching' with acrylic...i like doing these quick studies....gave myself the parameters of black, white and one color.  then it extended to 2.....this one makes me think of a person, maybe a woman, rising.....and since it is IWD i thought that was pretty cool ;)
