First Steps

Am trying to make a determined effort to learn to use flash properly. This is the first very brief experiment with a little beeswax candle, an off-camera flash & an improvised diffuser - & with both the camera & the flash on manual as apparently that's the way to get the best results. (& yes, it was meant to be underexposed as I hadn't set up any sort of background & I didn't want huge highlights on the wax).
