Interesting day

Had a slow morning, then silja, then coaching call with Sarah - from 3:30 until after 5.
I went out as I needed air.
Bought some veg ate Roots and Fruits.
Chatted with a chap there - called Jack.
Suggesting me to try Club Optimo in the Berkeley Suite on a Saturday.

Fancied a coffee and got drawn to the Bake House pub.

I ended uo having a delightful conversation with the young bar tender called Elliot.
It was wonderful!
What a great young man.

Had a glass of Chapel Down there too. So tasty.

Back home I finished off some stuff - had food and chilled a bit on the couch before bed.
