A splash of yellow .....

...... in the Walled Garden glasshouse in Dumfries House Estate.
It was a very chilly morning and after the cafe the glasshouse was the warmest place to be.

We have some highly perfumed narcissus, an abutilum and a pot of kumquats.

On our way back to the car I spotted a group of rather elderly ladies sitting at one of the wooden benches enjoying their picnic ..... much too chilly for me to sit outside .... a flask of coffee in the car was much more appealing.
