Japanese Quince

A trip down to Dumfries House Estate this morning ..... rather chilly but dry.

A delicious apple and cinnamon scone shared before we started our walk through the arboretum and on to the Walled Garden. Beds prepared and ready for the spring flowers to make their entry.
Plenty of miniature daffodils, muscari, primulas and pulmonaria. I decided to use my photo of the lovely Japanese Quince which was probably the flower that was more than a couple of inches off the ground.
