WHERE'S HER VEST?

A chilly, very grey and overcast day was considerably brightened by this mannequin in the Salvation Army (!) charity shop window, although the reflections distort it a bit. Anyone wearing that dress today would definitely need a vest and a cardigan, in my opinion! I think Silly Saturday was last week, but here's my belated offering.
