Greenwich parkrun celebrated its birthday today. Unfortunately, none of the runners made their way onto my photo... Next time.
We met a gentleman who runs barefoot. In conversation, he mentioned he hasn't worn shoes for years. He has been banned from a few places, but he seemed happy with his situation.
