A different merry-go-round

S and I took our grand-daughter out to dinner. It was a welcome break from emptying much of the downstairs of our home so the builders can start tomorrow. The Grounds is unusual in that it shares space with studios, and there is a playground out from the open back of the restaurant. 

I am guessing (from its appearance) that this is a merry-go-round, which I imagine would be very exciting for children and adults (if adults are allowed on).
