Into the blue.

Not easily recognisable but this is a yellow wagtail just after take off, or possibly coming in to land.
Today was round 4 of the Six Nations, which threw up some surprising results in two very entertaining matches. In the first, we saw a spirited performance from a much improved Italian team to beat Scotland. In the second, in a thrilling last minute, England kicked a drop goal in the last minute to overhaul the favourites Ireland. It was a really fine performance from England and one you wouldn’t have expected after their loss to Scotland two weeks ago.
Tomorrow I’m going to the Wales v France match and Gatling has brought in some more young untried players in key positions. Building for the future, possibly, but risky, definitely, when Wales are looking for a first win and climb out of the wooden spoon position. I'm not optimistic and our final match next week is against a continually improving Italy.
