Oat and Linseed

After a bit of a lapse, I seem to have got back into my breadmaking groove. I rely on a proprietary brand of bread mixes, which takes all faff out of rising and proving the dough but still produces great results - I reckon from mixing and proving to cooking, I can get my loaves out of the oven in 90 mins.
I used an oat and linseed mix for these, which is a new one from their range, and then added poppy seeds for extra flavour - looking forward to the first slice.
