Sun don't always Shine

I awoke early, achy with with a thumping headache.  Fed Meg, hot drink, paracetamol, back to bed.   A couple of hours later I started moving around, the head much clearer but by the time I took Meg out before lunch, I needed more headache tablets.   We had a lovely walk out along the river from Ynysymaengwyn to Bruncrug then back along the cycle path.  Milder than of late, I was carrying my coat by the time we got back.   

Soup lunch, then, still feeling decidedly lacklustre, I lay down on the sofa and joined by Meg, dozed through the whole afternoon.   Now well fed having made Toad in the Hole, a quiet evening and early night await.  Fingers crossed I wake feeling brighter.
