Sunset Yoga

Meh...

I'm trying out all sorts of new things lately. Last week I did the Nike Run Club for the first time and I also went to the Spanish Meet up . Today, it's sunset yoga at the beach. In my mind it was going to be a grand afternoon. Warm weather, beach, sunset, yoga - what more can I ask for? I get there and it's cloudy and cold. You can't see the sun and you can barely hear the instructor. Her yoga workout was okay. I miss going to Cheryl's classes at LA Fitness. She's so far the best yoga instructor I've had.

I feel like I won't do this yoga meet up again. Overall, it was a bad experience.
