A little light shining through

The weather has been so dreary and yesterday we lost power for about six hours. So when I spotted this lovely play of light I thought I should catch it with my camera.

I know many of you have said how long it might take for me to recuperate from my spinal surgery but I'm really struggling. I had a major setback and I can't stand for more than a few minutes and my legs ache all the time. It's hard to believe this will end. I'm trying to see the bright spot ahead but it's hard.
