Apropos faux

We're almost at the end of our travel to Niagara Falls! I was fading fast from hunger and, to pacify my kids that don't like "new" food, we found this nice little Steak & Shake in PA. Unbeknownst to us beforehand, this particular store DOES have a signature item (though on its wall rather than on its menu). In case you haven't seen it yet, take note of the neon sign above my son's head. :-)
