Bison Bourguignon

Bison bourguignon and mashed potatoes. Wine: Château de la Huste Fronsac 2016.

I used Julia Child's beef bourguignon recipe from Mastering the Art of French Cooking, but I substituted bison stew meat for the beef. It was incredible!
