Snip, snip. 
A Tuesday afternoon haircut on the High St. 
My work today seemed to centre on justice: complaints, subject access, police, courts. From what I see, it's a wonder the system works at all.
Police Scotland are toying with the idea of having two cars (2) on the roads between 3am and 7am for the whole of Scotland, whilst on April 1, they will be required to deal with the Hate Crimes Bill, where they will note all non-criminal 'hate crimes' whatever that actually means. 
Progressive politics are turning Scotland into a mickey mouse state. Embarrassing.
