Adelaide Pasties

Pasties are getting harder to find in Australia, and my husband and daughter have the occasional industrial scale baking session. The recipe is called Adelaide Pasties, especially appropriate when they are intended to sustain our offspring while we are gallivanting in Adelaide.

My daughter is very fond of Money Bag dumplings so this was her solution for what to do with the left over rectangle of pastry (they use the pre-rolled squares).
