Sparrowhawk

Not a great pic of an awesome creature. 

A rare thing today - called in sick, I slept for ten hours last night, but woke up still woozy and running a temperature. So I rang one of our Volunteers who works close by to the Workington Walk to ask if she might possibly swing by an apologise to anybody who just turned up... And she offered to lead the walk herself. Superstar. 
I went back to bed and got another 4 hrs. Still coughing but no temperature now, progress.
