Grand Winner 3

My timing was better today as I came across Grand Winner 3 a fuel tanker leaving port and as with all tankers two tugs are required.
There's a lot going on in the Blip, the Sailing School was having races while the schools are out so there's a safety boat, the judges boat, a spectators boat and the Harbourmaster in there too. Just outside the port off the bow of the ship can be seen the Pilot boat waiting to remove the Pilot.
