Sunny start

We woke to sunshine... and bird song!!  Spring is in the air.. 
I had a long standing plan to go and meet an old friend who used to volunteer with me at the FoodBank.. it was good to see him and have a good catch up.  He always had a good story to tell and we had a good laugh!  He also treated me to a really delicious slice of gluten free Tunisian Orange cake and coffee.. what is not to enjoy?  By the time we left the sunshine had departed and the rain started.. ah well .. the primroses in the garden are enjoying it :)
Extra is Jasper curled up in her bed having had a happy morning in the sun outside.. she is now unlikely to move until supper time!  Glad she will be staying till monday now. Our daughter is off to stay with friends in London then a long weekend in Sussex.. so it was nicer to keep J here a few more days.
