Notes: Up several times and then finally awake around 7a but didn't feel like moving until 745a. Coffee and online until 10a-ish and then over to the pool - getting warm earlier and earlier so like to go and then have to shower right away so I'm not sitting in the pollen and spreading it around my house. Had pre-mixed the dry ingredients for a new type of tortillas w/ coconut flour and psyllium husk - didn't have high hopes so only did 1/2 batch and these actually came out decent and were manageable to make! Only made 4 and wanted to try right away to see if they were worthwhile so went ahead and made a couple eggs w/ the rest of the steamed broccoli and grated some goat gouda over ... like a breakfast wrap - lots of the 2 salts, nutritional yeast and then generous drizzle of EVOO, quite good! Nancy called around 230p after we texted a bit and we talked for about an hour 15 min! Later, ~630p, jumped on Zoom w/ Jo for an hour and talked about getting a change of scenery, maybe doing a housesit/petsit.
