Korean Eggs

Korean culture is based on three good cooked meals per day... that's challenging!

Today I made steamed eggs, a recipe I had found on social media. Yuri commented that they looked lovely, but when I asked if her mother made these, she said-

'Yes, but she would cook them in the microwave'

I have much to learn.

Afterwards we drove to South Queensferry to see his big sister's big house. He was impressed.
