Pasque Flower

This is first of my Pulsatilla flowers to open. The raindrops are happy to cling on to feathery leaves and petals.

A very wet day when staying in bed with my book would have been great but I had a check up dental appointment ..... think I was out within 10 minutes.

Plenty of time left in the morning so with sleeves rolled up I tackled some long overdue housework. I'm always pleased when I'm finished .... should do it more often!
